2. Order acceptance
Information relating to REALTIME products and services is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to REALTIME acceptance of your order. A contractual agreement between REALTIME and the client becomes effective after that the client has confirmed an order to REALTIME and that REALTIME has confirmed the acceptance of the order in written (either by email, by fax or by postal mail), or in delivering the ordered goods to the client. Terms of payment shall be determined in our discretion and as otherwise agreed to by us. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason.

3. Proposed products
The product information provided to the client durant the order process are non-binding. Eventual changes in the design and/or technical specifications improving the products as well as errors in the description of the products do not engage REALTIME's liability. All information are transmitted by REALTIME's subcontractors and suppliers who are liable for this information.

4. Pricing and payment conditions
The quoted prices provided to the client are indicative prices with a limited validity of 3 weeks. They are given ins Swiss Francs (CHF), VAT excluded, packaging and shipping included. Eventual exceptional shipping and packaging costs will be invoiced separately. After mutual order confirmation, 50% of the total payment are requested as immediate advanced payment. The remaining amount is payable 10 days after reception of the final invoice.

5. Delivery conditions
Delivery lead times are only given as an indication without commitment; they start after the quotes validation and possible mockups. The lead times indicated by REALTIME imply that the client has previously supplied all the necessary elements essential for the products’ branding on placing the order. These elements must be exploitable without any changes. On the contrary REALTIME reserves the right to consequently modify lead times. Delays in delivery cannot justify cancellation of the order, refusal of goods or payment of damages. Goods are delivered to the address indicated at the time of making the order according to the delivery procedure chosen by the client or if not by REALTIME. In case of standard or express delivery the choice of transporter is made exclusively by REALTIME. In case of damage, loss or delay of goods, it is the client's responsibility to contact the transporter and make the necessary claims. The sales contract will be void if REALTIME is totally or partially incapable of ensuring delivery under the conditions provided for, in case of major disaster insufficient stock, delay in the delivery of commodities or defective deliveries by one of the suppliers. Under these circumstances the client cannot hold REALTIME responsible for delivery of the goods at the expected date or for any indemnity whatever.

6. Ownership of the goods
REALTIME expressly reserves the right to remain the owner of the goods up to complete payment of all costs involved. In spite of the present ownership restriction, as soon as delivery has occurred, the customer will be liable for any charges incurred by loss or destruction or damage to goods or caused by the latter. He also is held responsible in case of complete or partial loss, theft or destruction by whatever cause. The customer must immediately inform the seller in case of seizure of the goods and accessories by a third party.

7. Liabilities and warranty
For all products presented on the REALTIME website the factory warranty is of 12 months after the purchasing date. The goods are replaced without costs if the client has informed REALTIME within 14 days after delivery of the goods about the defective material. In case a defective material cannot be repaired or replaced, REALTIME will replace it with a similar product or establish a credit note. In case a warranty case is finally identified as a non-warranty case by the factory supplier REALTIME has the right to invoice the according costs to the client. The warranty is cancelled if, without prior agreement with REALTIMNE, the client makes physical changes or is repairing on his own initiative the product. REALTIME cannot be considered as liable for damages on the delivered goods caused by bad manipulation, natural degradation or damages caused after the delivery.

Photos and illustrations on this website are not contractually binding. This web site contains information from third party suppliers over which REALTIME has no control. REALTIME assumes no responsibility for the content of third party information or for any losses which may arise out of use of a third party web site. The presence of a link to a third party does not necessarily mean that REALTIME endorses that site or has any association with the proprietor of that web site.

In order to purchase from us, you must agree to the terms of this privacy policy and the use of your personal data in a form consistent with this privacy policy. We understand and share your concern about privacy. We want to assure you that REALTIME respects your privacy. When an order is placed, we collect basic information including your company name, personal name, business address, phone and email address. We use this information to confirm your order and to respond to any questions you may have. Where required, we also share this information with certain intermediaries (Freight carriers, shipping companies and Product Manufacturers) strictly to process and ship your order. We do not include you in our mailing lists unless you subscribe yourself to REALTIME newsletter. We will not sell, trade or rent your Personal Information without your prior consent. These general sales conditions and the sales contract between REALTIME and the client are subject to Swiss law. All disputes arising from these agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Lausanne (Switzerland)
